What is this for and when will I receive a credit? This deposit is primarily for the equipment. The deposit will be credited as soon as the equipment is received by Tech-Go.
Is it possible for me to receive the phone number in advance so I may forward calls from another number to the phone? Yes. If you request a phone more than 3 days in advance we can provide you the phone number so you may forward calls from landlines, other cell phones, even international phones.
Am I charged more for incoming calls even from another country? You are charged the same for incoming and outgoing calls regardless of where the calls originate. If you forward calls from outside the USA, you will be billed on the phone you are forwarding from.
Can I make international calls on the phone rental? Yes, but you will need an international calling card that allows you to dial a USA phone number and then enter your international number. Tech-Go can also provide a phone with international calling enabled - An additional $25 deposit will be required..
What are the shipping charges if I need the phone in 2 days? USA Standard 2nd day shipping for the phone, charger, and car adapter is $10 each way. Next day shipping costs $20 each way. Saturday delivery is $10 extra. We provide a return box for your convenience.
Why do you ship the phone? Can I pick it up at the airport? Tech-Go is based out of Atlanta, Georgia. So we may provide you the most competitive rates on the net and to reduce our costs, we require shipment to our customers. This saves us a lot of overhead which we pass along to you as reduced rates. Phones that you may find at a local airport are typically much more expensive - Usually $5 to $7 per day plus $1.50 to $3.00 per minute. If you desire delivery to a hotel, we recommend you contact the hotel in advance to notify them of the delivery. |
